About Tom Reinhart

Tom has over 35 years of positive and dynamic experience in all aspects of the electrical construction industry. He holds a national certification as an electrical instructor and served as an educator for several years with the Associated Builders and Contractors apprenticeship program. He has a long and impressive history of overseeing the construction of large electrical projects, including hospitals, nursing homes, movie theaters, office buildings, government projects, schools, and retail facilities.He has extensive experience as a Superintendent for large projects in both the commercial and residential markets. He has spent the last seven years as a Preconstruction Manager with one of the nation\'s largest electrical contractors, designing and engineering electrical systems for projects averaging $15 million dollars or more. This role also encompasses Value Engineering, assisting both contractors and developers to improve their construction budgets without compromising the end product. Tom\'s design and installation experience goes beyond power systems, to include low voltage systems and controls, life safety systems, fire alarm, security and card access, medical gas alarms, lighting control, and HVAC and refrigeration controls.Tom has always displayed excellent leadership skills, capable of managing large crews while maintaining high morale and productivity, believing that great leadership always comes by inspiring people.
