Change for Good. Working tirelessly to understand the underlying values, principles, culture, and ethos of each organization with whom he works, Tom has repeatedly led marquee projects, organizational transformations, and world-class safety outcomes. With more than two decades of proven experience, Tom has worked across broad industries and markets, equipping organizations, leaders, and teams to face evolving and emerging challenges in high-risk environments. Challenging legacy and often outdated frameworks, Tom leads organizations in groundbreaking shifts to modern, evidence-based methodologies. Pioneering new approaches, Tom introduces systems and processes that put teams at the epicenter of their own destinies. While Tom is incredibly proud of the quantitative and qualitative impact he has had throughout his career, he is most proud of the relationships he has developed, the safety cultures he has catalyzed, and the environments he has shaped that believe ‘Life Matters Most.’ Beyond his unquestionable impact on organizational development and safety, Tom has become a trusted executive coach equipped to lead adaptive change, support strategy execution, develop leadership capabilities, and turn ‘good’ into ‘great.’ Through his facilitation talents, he is equally skilled at creating powerful learning environments that equip teams to identify, address, and capitalize on opportunities for improvement, growth, and renewal. For his own growth, Tom has made it a point to seek out and engage in targeted executive education and industry programs, completing a suite of certificates, courses, and credentials—Certified Safety Professional, Licensed NBI Practitioner, and Columbia Professional Executive Coach, to name a few. In addition, he is currently working to add to his Master’s degree in Loss Prevention & Safety with a PhD in Safety Sciences.
