I co-own and run TruGrit Traction Inc, a niche eCommerce business focused on one thing: making sewer inspection equipment perform better in the real world. If you’ve ever run a camera crawler through greasy, silted, or slick pipe, you know the problem. Loss of traction kills productivity. More setups, less footage, wasted time. That’s where we come in. We design and manufacture aftermarket traction products, including carbide-gritted wheels, spiked wheels, and accessories, that help crawlers keep moving when conditions get ugly. Our products are built to outperform OEM options, last longer, and cost less. No fluff, just results. Over the years, we’ve built a loyal customer base across contractors and municipal agencies by solving a very specific problem better than anyone else. We’re not trying to be everything to everyone. We just focus on traction and do it right. More recently, we’ve expanded into inspection tech with the launch of the Manhole8K, an AI-ready 360° manhole camera system that delivers true 8K capture at a price point the industry hasn’t seen before. At the end of the day, the goal is simple: help our customers get more footage per setup and get the job done faster.
