Accountable for shaping and delivering a standardised, secure, and scalable technology platform aligned to growth, regulatory, and operational requirements.Led the migration and standardisation of end-user computing (EUC), Microsoft 365, security tooling, and on-premise server estates to a unified Microsoft Azure cloud platform, significantly reducing complexity, improving resilience, and enabling consistent ways of working across countries.Oversaw the transition to outsourced IT service delivery across the European estate, working in close partnership with managed service providers to establish a consistent operating model.
