In the evolving landscape of hybrid work, Matrix Booking offers a B2B, SaaS platform that delivers desk and room booking software to large organisations across the public and private sectors. Increasingly, our platform’s data insights assist clients with estate management, helping them make informed decisions about whether to expand or reduce their available office space.In this context, I work within a Scrum team, contributing to the end-to-end delivery of our web and native apps. I also lead the company’s efforts to create, maintain, and evolve our design system.My most recent achievement was leading a comprehensive accessiblity-focused redesign of our main app, which achieved WCAG 2.2 AA compliance — significantly improving usability for all users.
