About Tom Randall

My goal is to work with my clients and their management teams to help them grow, optimize their capital structure, maximize their ROE/profitability, manage risk and improve their cash flow.One of my most important roles is to be an advocate for my clients inside the bank. My 30+ years of experience with companies of various sizes, across a wide variety of industries, has well equipped me for this responsibility and allows me to deliver better solutions to my clients as a result. My recent experience includes working with my clients to assist them in all manner of financing transactions: providing growth financing (working capital and capex), equipment leasing, refinancing of existing debt (senior and mezzanine) under more favorable terms and conditions, dividend recapitalizations, and acquisition financing. It also includes working with my Fifth Third colleagues to facilitate solutions to many other financial service needs including Treasury Management, Commodity and Interest Rate Hedging, Investment Banking (M&A, Debt/Equity Placement, Advisory), 401K, Institutional Asset Management and meeting the Wealth and Asset Management needs of my client\'s ownership and management teams.
