I’m a strategic legal and business partner to executive leaders and enterprise GTM organizations, helping high-growth technology companies scale B2B revenue while thoughtfully navigating regulatory and privacy risk. With 12+ years of relevant experience, I bring an open-minded, growth-oriented approach to legal leadership, with a strong focus on enabling the business to move quickly and responsibly.My responsibilities involve building and owning our contracting frameworks, processes, and templates to ensure they are scalable, they increase sales velocity, and that they improve operational efficiency.I also lead global commercial contracting for enterprise SaaS businesses, including primary ownership of negotiations involving MSAs, DPAs, and BAAs. I partner closely with sales and GTM teams on strategic enterprise accounts across regulated industries such as government, healthcare, and education.I understand the importance of having data privacy expertise in commercial transactions. I translate GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA/CPRA requirements into practical, deal-enabling guidance.
