As Founder of South Coast Improvement, I’ve been fortunate to lead teams that are passionate about providing exceptional construction services to our clientele. Through the past 25 years, we’ve worked with industry leaders in Senior Living, Healthcare, Commercial Real Estate, and Retail, many of whom we\'ve now worked with for over 20 years. We’ve built and renovated world-class facilities from Florida to Maine, including projects in18 Eastern and Southeastern states. OUR CORE PRINCIPLES I believe our success comes down to managing Four Core Principles: 1. Client Satisfaction 2. Sub Contractor Performance 3. Schedule 4. Margin I found that by successfully managing these four areas, we get to work with great clients over and over again. In addition, we maintain high bonding capacity and bring projects in on time and on budget. We also work with some tremendous subcontractors that share our #1 goal of client satisfaction, many of whom we consider part of the team. Thirty-five years ago, I was told by a wise mentor: “Never, ever forget that we are in the service business, that it may be construction, but ultimately it is a service business.” That mantra has served us well.
