Since founding the company in 2008, resilient flooring solutions for commercial spaces was not adopted by the design industry, though it was important for me to bring my industry experience and values around service to deliver quality and dependable flooring solutions. As demand grew, so did our family-owned brand, where family inspired the name of the company. Each letter, T-A-J, is combination of initials that represents the first names of my family members. Not only does “family” inspire our service and product efforts, the values of teamwork and collaboration are important to me. We are a family.
