Responsible for supervising a team which is accountable for all critical NERC CIP Infrastructure; including firewall/network devices, server technologies and applications supporting the PPL NERC CIP program. Built a strong culture of both compliance and security within the team to ensure understanding of procedures and work to continuously improve. Ensure both compliance and operational support is number one priority. Work with the team to resolve incidents related to infrastructure supporting NERC CIP environment to reduce downtime and impacts to the business. As supervisor, responsible to ensure work priorities are understood with conflicts between projects and operational support. Provide guidance on daily work activities including projects and change requests to ensure no business impacts during work activities. Lead for all NERC CIP Compliance related work for IT Infrastructure to ensure compliance, and work with technical SMEs to ensure they understand and follow procedures. Work with SMEs to identify and collect evidence for requests for Reliability First for both audits and data requests. Continuously look to develop better controls to ensure PPL NERC CIP environment is both secure and compliant. Built strong relationships with other groups like Relay Engineering and Reliability Assurance to improve PPL’s NERC CIP program. Specifically, Reliability Assurance group for any compliance program work; including but not limited to procedures or compliance condition reports. Relay Engineering to build efficiencies in the NERC CIP program to pull assets together, IT and OT, into the same processes and tools. Develop CIP related procedures and processes the team utilizes to support the program and stay complient including- Patch Managment - Baseline configuration - Ports & Services - and more.
