Tom started his career in France working as Area Manager for a Facilities Management Company specialised in Maintenance, Cleaning and Waste Management. Tom decided to move to the UK for a new Challenge. During his 1st year in London he worked at the 5 star Royal Horseguards Hotel and fine dinning restaurants where he developed his skills and the importance of excellent service. Tom was then fortunate enough to be offered the opportunity to study Business and Project Management in Seattle, he spent 1 year in college in the US before returning to London. Tom gained a proven track record within Facilities Management but had a sound sales and business knowledge. He wanted to work within an environment which would make the most of all his skills and worked for a boutique recruitment company specialised in senior appointments within facilities management. After 5 years, Tom missed the operation and wanted to develop a dedicated Team again. He had the chance to join OCS on the Bloomberg L.P. contract where he was able to use his previous experience and apply it to this unique contract.
