I am a seasoned transportation executive, leader and strategist. I have over 20 years of experience and my expertise lies in department development, field operations, sales growth engines, and situational coaching. As the Vice President of Leasing Operations at TEC Equipment, my mission is to build teams that solve complex problems for businesses that transport goods through our full suite of transportation solutions.I’ve been many things in my career – director, salesperson, operations manager, trainer, coach, strategist, analyst, sales manager, project manager, developer and more. I have that rare blend of “bottom line” operations expertise, sales acumen and strategic development success. Over the years, I have learned that people value me for the following:~ I’ve been in truck leasing since high school and speak fluent technician, salesperson, trainer, marketer, web developer, shop manager, truck driver, CEO, CFO, and difficult client.
