Leading the delivery of Arqiva’s approved Data Enablement Strategy, developed within my first three months, and fully aligned to the organisation’s Vision, Goals and Culture Values.Key achievements:Driving effective stakeholder engagement across the business, securing strong cross‑functional buy‑in, resulting in 100% onboarding of Data Owners and approximately 90% of Data Stewards successfully established in role.Mentored and supported my team to design and deliver Arqiva’s inaugural Data Summer School (2025), achieving ~550 attendances over three days, 98% satisfaction, and a measurable uplift in data confidence.Founded and Chair Arqiva’s Data Forums, including the Data & AI Management Steering Committee and the Data Culture Working Group, enabling collaborative governance and alignment with key business stakeholders.Accountable for the rollout of Arqiva’s AI Governance Framework, including policy development and supporting processes. This has enabled the formal approval of ~12 AI tools while reducing organisational risk.Oversee the risk management process for the wider Data & Insights function, ensuring robust controls and proactive mitigation.Working with members of my team on the development of Data Quality dashboard reporting in Databricks and Qlik, enabling Data Owners to monitor quality across Critical Data Elements and track improvements over time through quality over time metrics.Established an internal network of 80 Data Enablement Ambassadors who act as change agents to champion and embed positive data culture across the organisation.Manage the delivery of a comprehensive programme of webinars and events as part of the Data & AI Literacy strategy, incorporating gamification to drive engagement. This programme has demonstrably increased data confidence across the business.Currently planning Arqiva’s AI Literacy event scheduled for February 2026.Shortlisted for Corndel’s Data‑Driven Leader Award 2025.
