I founded West Park Care in 2018 as a an independently owned care business with no association to a large national franchise. West Park Care was created with a commitment to support our clients through every step of the care cycle and provide bespoke care, centred around the client. As a company, we strive for excellence and are committed to providing the highest quality of care with our friendly, professional, experienced and highly trained care experts. Consistency of care and constant communication with our clients and their family members, enables us to deliver exceptional home care services. All of our care staff work full time for us, and we do not use agency workers.The success of the home care business led us to gain our TDDI registration and offer Complex Nursing Solutions for clients in the community and this sets us apart from many other home care providers. In circumstances where an individual requires specialist care and support because of their health condition but wish to remain in their own home, we work together with the individual and their support network to put in place an individual care and support package bespoke to their individual needs and circumstance. We provide support for any individual 18 an over, this may be on a short term or a long term basis. The key part for us in that the individual and their support network are in control of their support and how this look and how this is provided, joint working is paramount.First and foremost we work with the individual (client), and then from that we work with deputies as part of the Court of Protection, families, representatives, solicitors, care managers, local authority, integrated care boards and advocates.For further information please visit
