My role includes:1) Extending/managing the ML tools of Nxera; this involves using standard python library tools and writing ML algorithms from scratch in the C language. I have developed discovery methods and data partition functions to massively improve the company ML products.2) Creating/managing a database schema in oracle for all the data types at Nxera to provide high performance data/information delivery. This includes a full schema design for protein structure data, active sites, pockets, topological knots and many other analytical metrics with msec response times for complex 3D interaction queries. This includes a maximal clique 3D multiple structure alignment to present overlaid molecular structure in real time.3) Creating loaders and analytics for all the different data types for the database. This is to enhance the company and related public data data with novel data representations. This includes 3D games technology for very high performance web based light weight 3D rendering of overlaid molecular structures, pockets, interactive GRID calculations and so on.4) Creating intranet services that deliver this data/information to all staff within the company in new and unique ways. For example zero order memory sequence alignment, protein and nucleic acid tools and vector rendering.I am also working on the many many ways to present similarity and difference of protein structural data.5) Supporting various existing software services.These tools leverage my knowledge of database schema design and high performance and queries. I have also been using my skills using C programming language (and detailed hardware knowledge) to provide extreme performance analytics. Additionally, I am using my experience of writing ML algorithms from scratch and putting together new ML ideas using library tools.
