   CrisisReadyLab exists to change how disaster recovery and emergency management are done.We’re not here to check boxes, write white papers, or repeat what’s already broken. We exist to equip the people actually doing the work — with tools, training, and systems rooted in field-tested reality, not theory.We deliver two things:On-Demand Training That Doesn’t Waste Your Time:Emergency management training is often outdated, generic, and disconnected from the field. We’re changing that. Our self-paced course library spans all phases — preparedness, mitigation, response, and recovery — and is built from frontline experience. These aren’t theoretical frameworks. They’re what actually works when the pressure is on and failure isn’t an option.Recovery Consulting That Builds Capacity, Not Dependency:We help governments, nonprofits, and coalitions take control of recovery. That means launching recovery offices, onboarding staff, aligning funding and partners, and building systems that last. We’re not here to bill hours — we’re here to make ourselves obsolete.CrisisReadyLab is built from years of fieldwork — in Maui, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Louisiana, California, and beyond. We’ve worked alongside FEMA, state agencies, funders, and community leaders. We’ve seen the gaps — the moments when things fall apart because no one gave local teams what they actually needed.We’re here to close that gap. And to build the recovery infrastructure our country deserves.
