   Consultant for non-profit, agriculturally-based international small business development project that provides protein supplementation to malnourished children. Project encompasses harvesting of localized climate responsive legumes, executing low tech, wet fractionalization processing to yield a nutrient rich economical protein supplement for Third World Nation communities. Evaluate project feasibility, author project prospectus, interface with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). Research the production processes, verify authenticity of production process, recruit participating Non-Government Organizations (NGO). Set-up and participate in international government meetings with Haitian Heads of State. Evaluate local agricultural practices and suitability of project regarding local cultural practices. Present project to prospective stakeholders, gain acceptance and broker alliances between Haitian and American NGOs. Create an atmosphere of confidence in which Haitian businessmen are willing to adopt the project and author a working business plan. Currently planning trip to Columbia, South America to engage project planning and project initiation
