ABOUT TOM NUNN

As a Senior Civil Engineering consultant at PJS I bring over 15 years experience, specialising predominately in S38 highway and S104 drainage infrastructure design for the residential division but have also worked on a within the commercial and industrial sectors. I believe that having worked both in-house and consultancy side has enabled me to gain a strong commercial awareness and practical knowledge of how my designs can be delivered successfully and within the parameters of a project. Having also designed a number of complex S278 highway improvement schemes for developers and while liaising with local councils, other examples of some of my recent projects include: • A 340-plot development in Ashby De La Zouch including primary school, nursing home and medical centre with Davidsons. • Improvements to the A3400 including new dual section of carriageway and roundabouts in Stratford Upon Avon for St Modwen. • A series of residential developments including 300 plots in Toton, Nottingham for Peveril Homes, 200 plots in Bicester, 300 plots in Nantwich and 150 plots in Eccleshall, Stafford for Bovis Homes. I am most passionate about work within the residential sector, particular developing sustainable drainage strategies, identify efficiencies and taking designs through to obtaining technical approval. I take pride in delivering a high standard of work within tight deadlines to meet the clients budget and satisfaction.
