Cambridge Neighbors (CN) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit membership-driven organization dedicated to helping adults aged 60 and older in Arlington, Belmont, Cambridge, Somerville, and Watertown stay in the homes and neighborhoods they love. CN provides its members the opportunities and support necessary to remain an integral part of their communities, giving members peace of mind with practical services, stimulating activities and experiences, and a social network to enable successful “aging in place.”

We help you stay connected intellectually and socially with a wide variety of educational, cultural and social opportunities. CN serves residents 50+ of Arlington, Belmont, Cambridge, Somerville & Watertown. Our members know that preparing for an efficient, vibrant old age is exactly like saving for retirement or taking out insurance. As they age, our members know they must act together in self-defense and exert their market power. Cambridge Neighbors members know that our society needs elders to stay home to control the costs of an aging population. We and 305 other villages across the nation are the practical example for a huge majority of all elders. CN is not just for emergencies and extreme needs. It\'s about striding with a sense of purpose to embrace life after 50. Mission The mission of Cambridge Neighbors is to create for our members peace of mind so that they can continue to enjoy urban life in a multi-generational and multi-cultural setting.
