I collaborate with hiring managers to address critical vacancies across the organisation and drive talent acquisition efforts ensuring we attract the best talent. Alongside this, I work on various projects including our ED & I scheme; ATS redevelopment; Recruitment Training; Agency relationship & PSL and employer brand.
