Strong entrepreneurship professional skilled in Indoor Environmental Quality, Renovation, Energy Efficiency, Construction, Sustainable Design, and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).My experience includes performing IAQ and ventilation assessments of new construction and existing building projects for 15+ years. My focus has been on the relationship between energy efficiency measures implementation and their effect on the buildings indoor air quality.As a LEED AP I have participated in over 70 LEED certification projects as both administrator and as project team member. My project participation includes LEED V4, 09, 2.2 & 2.0. I have certified projects as platinum, gold, silver and certified. The certifications include BD & C, ID & C, NC, CI, Schools, Healthcare, Core & Shell and EBOM. I have tested the indoor air quality of over 8 million square feet of LEED projects under IEQ credit 3.2 requirements. My company, 4 Elements Group provides this services throughout the continental U.S. and Canada.My company currently is offering turn-key installation of real-time, long term IAQ monitors with real time communication capabilities. This services is the integral part of an international IAQ certification standard 4 Elements Group provides the consulting and implementation services to help building owners achieve RESET certification.
