Developed and patented innovative ideas for potential future implementation, some assemblies are in consideration for the next generation vehicles. Am working closely with various Engineering management and marketing management team to fease out best fit design, engineered and functionalities solutions. Designed and maintained three different Hood Assemblies with different stamping processes, material specifications, assembly processes and different government requirements for U.S, China and Europe. Rear Closures – Designed and implemented Decklid for formability, functionality and structurally to meet corporate standards. Developed and implemented new Decklid opening and seal surface for other commodity teams by using parametric associative design process. Programs include – 2019 Hood Assemblies for North America, Ford of Europe and Ford of China. 2015 Mustang Decklid assemblies for Coupe and Convertible, 2012 Fusion Decklid and 2010 Taurus Decklid required to meet Aero performance.
