Strategically direct and operationally oversee an HRSS/COE team of over 500+ team members, covering the HRSS functions of: Talent Acquisition/Strategy, Employee Relations, HR Systems Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Immigration, International Recruitment, HR Contact Center, HR Operations and Employee Services. Recently assigned to head up the creation of the organization\'s new Global Workforce Strategy business function, which entails the strategy and planning of future global labor utilization and optimization.
