Working at both business and project level, I shape governance, standards, and ways of working that drive consistent, high‑quality information management and measurable performance improvement.I lead and influence cross business working and steering groups, collaborating with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop practical, forward thinking digital strategies, Standard Methods & Procedures, and delivery models that support commercial, technical, and operational outcomes.A core part of my role is enabling teams and clients to succeed, upskilling stakeholders in digital tools, BIM workflows, and Common Data Environment processes to ensure confident, compliant, and efficient information exchange throughout the project lifecycle.I am responsible for guiding resourcing and workforce planning on my project, ensuring the right capability is in place to meet contractual and Employer Information Requirements. This includes strategic allocation of specialist resources, oversight of recruitment, and optimisation of team utilisation to support successful delivery.At project level, I support and manage the implementation of digital design control systems and procedures, reporting on performance and digital adoption to senior leadership, to support, mentor, and develop BIM and information management professionals.

This experience sparked my interest in finding ways to optimize workflows and eliminate waste. Since then, I have dedicated myself to honing my skills as a CAD technician and expanding my knowledge using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and utilizing BIM methodology. This continuous development has led me to become a successful BIM Manager, equipped with the expertise and experience to effectively implement BIM methodologies and drive successful project outcomes.Over the years, I have had the privilege of learning from numerous seasoned professionals who have generously shared their wisdom and expertise. Their guidance has shaped me into the experienced manager I am today, with a proven track record in the engineering industry.I firmly believe that knowledge is meant to be shared.
