Mr. Miller has been working in the Las Vegas area since 1996 and in the mining and civil engineering fields since 1988. With a background in traffic and transportation related projects, site planning and civil engineering in both the public and private sector, Mr. Miller\'s knowledge of local conditions, permitting requirements and government contacts has made him a key component. Joining the commercial land development team in Las Vegas in 2018, his projects have included industrial, multi-family, office, and commercial sites.
