I’ve spent more than two decades growing within United Rentals, starting in outside sales and working my way through branch management to my current role as District Sales Manager. Along the way, I’ve learned that success in this industry comes down to three things: taking care of your people, understanding your customers, and executing the fundamentals with consistency.Early in my career, I realized I had a passion for developing others. Whether it was helping a new rep win their first major deal or coaching a branch team through a tough market cycle, I found energy in seeing people gain confidence and succeed. That mindset shaped the way I lead today—clear expectations, accountability, and a commitment to helping people get better every day.Operational discipline has been another constant. I’ve always believed that strong P&L performance and great customer service go hand in hand. Over the years, I’ve led teams through growth periods, operational resets, competitive battles, and evolving customer needs—always focusing on measurable improvement in revenue, utilization, safety, and experience.My certifications in Diversity & Inclusion and Organizational Leadership have strengthened how I build culture and develop teams. I try to create an environment where people feel valued, challenged, and supported—because when the culture is right, the performance follows.At my core, I’m motivated by building strong teams, earning customer trust, and driving results that last. That’s what has guided my 20 plus year journey so far, and what continues to push me forward every day.
