In my role, I direct and guide the delivery of Pega solutions through the provision of leadership and mentorship during implementations and broader transformations programs. I provide support to product directors, product managers, product owners, scrum masters, and IT delivery teams to achieve their goals, outputs and gain returns on their investment. I also monitor and manage delivery performance across multiple teams, portfolios, programs and projects using KPIs and metrics while ensuring compliance with both internal and external governance.Over this period, I have led significant initiatives in a number of different sectors. These include a large scale HR transformation program for a leading company in the nuclear industry, the creation of a digital enterprise risk management application for a major UK bank and currently I\'m working with a leading Online Travel Agency to transform their customer service platform.My responsibilities include- Collaborating with senior leadership to implement agile, design thinking-based transformative initiatives- Working with product teams to execute multi-year, annual, and quarterly plans aligned with product roadmaps- Guiding delivery plans and ensuring alignment with product and engineering requirements- Managing resources according to budget and requirements- Directing delivery teams to align with strategic visions, product roadmaps and release plans- Providing risk management guidance and addressing challenges- Ensuring adherence to governance guidelines and gateway criteria- Maintaining documentation and managing complex dependencies- Handling escalations and stakeholder management- Promoting agile methodologies and culture- Monitoring ongoing deliveries and improving team performance- Cultivating teamwork for high-quality outcomes.Outside of my day-to-day work I\'m actively involved in supporting veterans to enter and gain employment in the Tech sector.
