Resolve matters of urgency that can not be handled to the customer\'s satisfaction by attending personnel.* Assist fellow employees with the setup of databases and spreadsheets to facilitate their productivity.* Implement solutions for internal and external users that require information. Recent activities include the development of several intranet websites for internal departments.* Developed the registration website for our 2007 Corporate Convention.* Participate in SDDC DPS as rate filing representative for the organization.
