Currently in an advisory role in the first line financial crimes risk office (FCRO) pillar, liaising with the first line AML Risk Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and second line Global Financial Crimes (GFC) teams to effectively execute the firmwide Know Your Customer (KYC) policy- Advise the business on implementation of firmwide policies related to KYC and EDD- Advise GFC on updates and enhancements to the KYC Standards and Global Screening Standards, inclusive of screening, risk scoring and KYC policy definitions and requirements- Previously managed the EDD team covering Morgan Stanley Private Bank (MSPBNA) products (mortgages, tailored lending, liquidity access lines, E*TRADE bank, and E*TRADE line of credit)- Managed approximately 40 full time employees, including managers of each of the product lines, and those teams, as well as approximately 80 contractors. Provided performance reviews and career feedback to direct reports and was responsible for the promotion of multiple employees. Provided input on year-end compensation and incentive bonuses- Lead the integration of E*TRADE customers into the Morgan Stanley KYC platform to align with firmwide risk scoring and account onboarding processes- Provide advice on regulatory exam inquiries and outside legal inquiries relating to Morgan Stanley’s EDD program
