LNT operates care homes under several brand names.LNT Care Developments transacted the largest (in value) EoT transaction ever in the UK in 2022.Furthermore, on 1st July 2025 the business completed a minority investment transaction with a large blue chip US PE firm.As a result of the PE transaction, Tom resigned from his duties for non-care related entities owned by Lawrence - LNT Holdings/LNT Group, which is an SME group for Lawrence’s personal investments.Reporting directly to the other members of the Board, as Group Finance Director and Senior Accounting Officer (SAO), Tom leads a team of c.45 people covering reporting, tax, treasury, FP & A, commercial finance, transactional and payroll, support the Board on strategic decisions and manage relationships with external advisors.
