As Managing Director of Seldram Supplies, I’ve had the privilege of leading our second-generation, family-run business through a period of growth and transformation. My role is to set the direction of travel for the company and make sure we deliver on what we promise every day.Over the years, I’ve focused on:Driving Growth & Expansion – I’ve overseen our development from a regional supplier to a national distributor, opening sites in Milton Keynes and Camberley so we can provide consistent service across the UK.Embedding Sustainability – Sustainability isn’t an add-on for us; it’s at the core of how we operate. From transitioning our fleet to electric vehicles and partnering with Darcica Logistics, to working with suppliers like Biohygiene, Soap₂o, and PMC, I’ve made sure we not only cut our own footprint but also help clients reduce theirs — particularly around Scope 3 emissions.Championing Social Value – I’m proud that we’re a Living Wage Employer, a Period Positive Workplace, and a long-term supporter of a wide variety of social causes. For me, success is about more than profit — it’s about leaving a positive legacy for our people, our communities, and future generations.Modernising Our Offer – I’ve led projects like the Seldram Ordering Portal and FM Partner Portal, giving clients tools that make procurement simpler, training more accessible, and sustainability easier to track. These innovations have helped us stand out and build stronger client partnerships.Building a Strong Culture – Above all, I believe Seldram is nothing without its people. I work hard to foster a “One Team” culture where we support each other, solve problems together, and always put the client first.My goal is simple: to ensure Seldram continues to be a trusted, innovative, and sustainable partner to our clients, while staying true to our family values and building a business future generations can be proud of.
