Laboratories manager delivering technically challenging solutions in advanced manufacturing. I have over a decade of experience in additive manufacturing including powder bed fusion, direct energy deposition and EHLA high speed laser cladding. I have been responsible for integration of large scale systems and operational improvements and having recently installed the UK\'s largest EHLA high speed cladding machine. regarding project management I currently co-ordinate project delivery in research and development working with TWI\'s key industrial members. In addition to this I enjoy being at the cutting edge of technical delivery via government funded collaborative project.
