ABOUT TOM M.
Tom Marino is a graduate of the University of Guelph majoring in Animal Sciences. After graduating, Tom began a career in training thoroughbred racehorses at both Woodbine and Fort Erie racetracks. Tom gained valuable experience in client service when he dealt with owners’ expectations. Tom believes a client deserves complete transparency in all decisions that are made with regards to their prized equine athletes. After nearly 25 years and numerous successes and millions of dollars earned on the racetracks, Tom decided to direct his attention towards a different path.Tom started his career in the security industry with various positions within the aviation sector. Later Tom added the Residential/Commercial sector to his portfolio managing the security personnel at one of the GTA’s most recognized and prestigious sites. After years of experience and knowledge gained, Tom founded Alegna Security Services Incorporated in 2015. Since inception, Tom has been totally focused on building a client service based brand. Tom believes that the first step to creating a total positive experience for each client is to know your clients’ wants and needs. Tom stays in touch with the constant changes and helps our employees learn to create positive points of contact with each client by treating them like partners and communicating with heart. Tom strives for Client Service Excellence.
