Tom Lyons is a seasoned senior Engineering and Product Executive who has held leadership and executive positions in Business Development, Engineering, Engineering Sales Support, and Product Management. He brings over 25 years of comprehensive experience in Audio Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Communications, Enterprise Security, Network Architecture and Product Development to these positions. In his current role as Vice President of Products for General Dynamics Fidelis, Tom is responsible for the product vision and strategy of the award winning Advanced Threat Defense solution – Fidelis XPS. Prior to joining GD Fidelis, Tom held leadership and executive positions at industry leading hardware and software manufacturers including Cisco Systems, Nokia, Bay Networks, Microsoft, and IBM. He has also been an integral part of six successful startups including Fidelis Security Systems, Solera Networks, IronPort Systems, Network Alchemy, Inktomi Corporation, and Anixter Network Services.
