I am passionate about the difference effective ESG strategies can make to an organisation in terms of access to the best talent, access to finance and access to markets. Above all, I believe organisations should do the right thing for the right reasons. Having a narrative and strategy when it comes to ESG is essential but worth little without an approach to reporting that accurately and effectively communicates the aspirations and results of those strategies. I enjoy working with organisations to navigate that journey, supporting them to a position of confidence that the right things are being reported in a way that is efficient, accurate and meaningful to the audience. I am close to the regulatory agenda and have experience of implementing all of the primary standards (TCFD, CSRD, SASB, GRI) in a way that is assurable and based on value.
