I am a Certified Jira and Confluence Administrator. I have 35+ years experience, in IT industry having worked for software houses and in the finance sector. I have 10 years experience with Jira. For the last 3 years have worked for a large digital agency providing Jira/Confluence infrastructure, supporting shared services for a the agency\'s major client, a global electronics brand with 32 EU sites. I am familiar with working in corporate environments with large numbers of users and high volumes of Jira issues. My recent roles involve working with multiple concurrent projects for varied cross border distributed teams and time zones - US, EMEA and Korea. I came to Jira from a software development background - primarily server side Java. From small software companies to major international banks, I have fulfilled web and middleware developer, team lead, DBA & architect roles. But my current path is helping people to use Jira & Confluence to empower teams and streamline processes. My key skills include- Migration server to Atlassian cloud- JIRA Workflow design, Groovy scripting with Adaptavist Scriptrunner- JIRA requirement gathering and building complex business workflows including scripting and automation- Managing high availability Jira systems across multiple teams and regions- Server upgrades - Vendor and Atlassian partner liaison for license upgrades and renewals, setting SOW’s for consultants, plugin evaluation and purchases- Configuration cleaning and performance improvements- Automation for Jira, WBSGantt, Tempo, Scriptrunner, Time To SLA, Crowd, Atlassian Access - User guidance and mentoring.
