A highly skilled program manager who is mechanical engineering and MBA educated with 20+ years of progressively responsible leadership in managing commercial and capital improvement projects. Project experiences include San Francisco 49er Levi football stadium, biotech research laboratory, mixed use developments, concrete parking garages, high density residential apartments/townhomes, retail tenant improvements, class 10 clean room build out, and semi-conductor capital equipment installation projects.The project management skills include strengths in budget preparation, precise bid analysis, project buy out, Naviswork BIM coordination, field conflict resolution, and client relations. Always have the ultimate attitude of doing whatever it takes to complete the task at hand with the work hard, play hard mentality. But the most important asset is my desire to continue to learn and improve in every aspect of my professional and personal life.My MBA education includes concentration in finance with course work that emphasized valuation methodologies, property lease/own analysis, financial projections, as well as entrepreneurship development, effective personal leadership, and sales management.
