Responsible for management and oversight of concurrent major capital construction, renovation and rehabilitation projects related to TPS facilities, ranging in scope and complexity, from 50K to 10M. • Represent the interests of TPS for the complete project life cycle, from initial concept design, planning, construction through to occupancy, warranty and close out. • Prepare all project charters, business cases and procurement for all major capital construction projects • Manage the operations and maintenance improvements of 50 Buildings, 1.2M sq. ft. • Develop 10 year SOGR capital plan with a 4.5million annual budget • Manage and mentor 2 “Junior” staff • Liaison between all stakeholders (Client, Consultants, Contractors, City of Toronto…) • Solid understanding of public procurement process, prepare both RFP and RFQ documents • Project status reporting to upper management.
