I have worked in public sector research and policy since 1994. I started out as a primary school teacher before spending five years at QCA and its predecessor NCVQ, working in policy, research and development relating to vocational qualifications. I\'m a skilled qualitative interviewer with strong analytical skills. He is equally comfortable working with qualitative and quantitative data to distil the key themes and implications of our research. We set up Chrysalis Research in 2010 and have grown from a team of two to a thriving business of seven employees and a solid track record of high profile clients.
