Throughout my 25 year tenure with Mercy Health, I have enjoyed a reputation for building strong professional relationships that continue beyond the hiring process. I have been recruited at several different major medical centers and hospitals. Tom is quite simply the best recruiter I’ve ever worked with. He is all about “fit”, which is far and away the single most important factor when joining any team in any field of medicine or any other job. He also has a habit of adding a personal touch which goes a long way. In my case he knew my wife was pregnant and arranged a new born “Ohio onesie” in a gift bag at my hotel room. Being a Michigan guy, we are hotly debating whether it’s wearable but it was a really nice personal touch that reassured me about the type of people I was going to work with and for. That goes a long way.
