A self-motivated and versatile Technical Business Analyst with a track record of implementing efficiencies through automation and the streamlining of processes. Extensive banking sector experience, notably in Change, Commercial & Retail Banking, Redress, Customer Complaints, Regulatory Issues & Quality Assurance. Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills. With First rate ability to proactively solve problems, and prioritise work load in a fast-paced environment. Expert technical ability in data mining and analysis (SQL/VBA/SAS etc). With the aptitude to present complex data sets/theory in a simple, concise format for presenting in senior level meetings. My key aim is to deliver value above and beyond my role and responsibilities.Notable achievements;• As part of a large scale bank merger, undertook detailed technology architecture analysis to identify existing software/hardware within the landing business that could be leveraged. Subsequently, designed and delivered a bank-wide intranet to support operations, utilising SharePoint as a web application. Ultimately delivering a saving of £550k in 3rd party software/web development.• Facilitated the migration from an in-house Project Portfolio Management solution, to Planview as part of a £1.5m project, delivered on time within budget.• Redesigned and developed a productivity/availability monitoring & reporting suite, utilising available software/hardware. Data output presented in senior level forecasting and planning of ~£20m per annum managed service
