   Lead the overall strategic direction, architecture, development and operation of the company’s enterprise data and analytics platforms.\\\\n\\\\n• Manage department of 70+ data engineers and business intelligence professionals which support a custom Oracle data warehouse and Tableau environments.\\\\n• Defined and established a corporate-wide, enterprise data strategy. Strategy objectives include increased alignment between company strategy and resource allocation, increased data consistency and reliability, reduction of total cost of ownership by centralizing data and analytics platforms and enablement of self-service reporting and analytics capabilities.\\\\n• Currently leading an initiative to migrate an on-premises data warehouse (Oracle) to the Google Cloud Platform. This multi-phased project is following a “lift and shift” approach to ensure continuity with downstream processes and reporting.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
