About Tom King

With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, as an insurer, as an insurance management consultant and in insurance software solutions I bring a rich background to solving industry problems. Much of my career has been dedicated to helping insurers leverage technology to drive business strategy and addressing issues facing the industry. A cornerstone of my philosophy is that the key to successful IT strategy is that technology must not only complement business strategy but enable business strategy to stretch beyond current business models. My experience has included working with both IT and business management to help facilitate this process. Having started my career as an actuary and a former, licensed broker coupled with insurance operations and corporate strategy experience, I bring a well rounded view of the industry to bear on solving issues for insurers.
