As part of the People and Talent team, my role is solely focused on attracting, sourcing, and recruiting new humans to Cornwall Insight that can add to our organisation. Alongside reactive recruitment activities, I also have an eye on our talent pipeline strategy to help ensure we are ahead of the curve for things like succession planning and growth.I am the main contact for our Graduate Programme, which is new as of 2023. I also get to develop relationships with Tertiary education providers and community networks to ensure we are getting to speak to people from all walks of life.
