About Tom Karrenbauer
Project Management Professional skilled at creative planning and problem solving through current state analysis, defining desired outcomes, creating a plan, and marshalling the resources necessary to create the required outcome. Personal philosophy is the best way to solve any problem is to anticipate it before it actually becomes one.Examples:At the request of the CFO and CEO of a Fortune 500 company, created a Credit and Collections \'Best Practices\' manual after DSO severely deteriorated after conversion to SAP. Worked with Deloitte and Touche, along with stakeholder peers throughout the country, to determine root cause, define corrective action, create a manual that is still in use today, and implement on a national scale. This resulted in the steady return of company DSO to budgeted levels.Completed an $8mil DAS upgrade project at Mercedes Benz Stadium on a very aggressive timeframe that required coordination with a team in Phoenix, the lead consultant, the primary solution provider and multiple ancillary parts suppliers, IBM and stadium ownership. This involved placing a resource at the jobsite, creating a regular cadence with the Phoenix office, conducting and participating in progress meetings, and devising creative solutions regarding antennae placement. All deliveries to the stadium had to be accomplished within a 30-minute time window. The project was completed early, under budget, and was a great experience working with so many talented individuals.
