ABOUT TOM JOHNSON

Since earning my BA in Golf from the University of Central Lancashire, I’ve worked my way through a range of sales roles at PXG – and I’m now proud to be in the role of DTC Sales Manager.Over the years, I’ve picked up experience across retail ops, inside sales and sales leadership, starting out as a fitting specialist and growing into regional leadership before moving into the direct-to-consumer side of the business. Now, I focus on driving DTC performance, making sure we’re delivering a premium, seamless experience for customers while pushing strong commercial results.I’m passionate about golf, love the buzz of sales, and get a real kick out of building high-performing teams. For me, it’s all about blending product knowledge, customer experience and solid strategy to keep things moving forward — and having a bit of fun while we do it.
