This role involves leading on Commercial topics for our hydrogen projects under development, including:• Business Case Ownership - Working closely with internal project development teams, preparing Board Papers for investment in projects to support funding applications;• Risk Management - Owning and driving mitigation of the commercial project development risks to ensure fully optimised projects;• Commercial Optimisation – a deep knowledge understanding of financial models to ensure project competitiveness, including securing and optimising the procurement of Low Carbon Power whilst meeting customer hydrogen demand;• Future Business Models - Working with business development and strategy teams to understand emerging regulatory environments and developing viable, new business models;• Low Carbon Hydrogen Standard Compliance - Knowledge of LCHS compliance requirements and working with project teams to ensure these are embedded in technical specifications.
