   Manage a team of nine estimators across multiple trades- process piping (including hygienic), mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, structural steel fabrication, Electrical and instrumentation.• Serve as the Management Lead to receive all Client Request for Proposals, document receipt, quickly evaluate the RFP to determine the intent of the project and the trade estimator(s) required to complete the proposal, assign the work to estimators, and oversee the completion of the RFP on or before the due date.• Manage the preparation of project estimates from Client Scope documents, construction drawings, and 3-D models.• Review plans, specs, and models to identify potential conflicts and ensure the proposal addresses all required work.• In conjunction with the Estimators, perform value engineering for relevant scope items.• Manage the preparation of bid forms and the development of proposal and clarification documents. Ensure all project documents have been reviewed for completeness and accuracy.• Assist in the review of Contract Terms and Conditions Coordinate the preparation of any exceptions identified internally and propose resolutions to the Client with the Proposal submission. Identify all risks associate with this bid opportunity.• Manage the attendance at Client pre-bid meetings and site visits to verify scope.• Oversee proposal review with the Division Manager focusing on cost and schedule.• After project award, manage the completion of turnover meetings from Estimating to Operations.• Maintain a historical database for reference of all relevant information.• Manage actual vs. estimate studies to identify lessons learned and potentials for future estimate improvement.
