Throughout my time at FineDiningLovers.com and now FineDiningLovers.co.uk, the leading online platform dedicated to high gastronomy and food culture at large from S.Pellegrino (via Yam112003, S.Pellegrino\'s Milan-based creative agency), I have progressed through several roles, from Senior Editor (when I worked in situ in Milan, from 2016-18), to Deputy Editor to Managing Editor to UK Editor. This has given me a 360-degree experience of what makes a successful digital platform tick, as my role has developed from breaking the news stories the food world follows to managing and editing a pool of talented global freelancers, managing production budgets and key stakeholder relationships, and representing the brand at key events around the world, all while consistently surpassing challenging KPIs. My roles have required significant international travel and public speaking, and enabled me to build a reputation in the industry at home and abroad and strong relationships with chefs, restaurateurs, journalists, content creators and other influential names in global gastronomy. I also helped launch the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy, an inspiring free resource and community for the world\'s best young chefs.
