I have worked in the deliverable foreign exchange sector since 2003, spending 12 years in client facing roles, prior to making the switch to business operations and management. In my role at WorldFirst, I work with Product, Compliance and Commercial teams to design and implement Onboarding + 1st Line of Defence controls. I am committed to leveraging technology and operational excellence in order to deliver robust, scalable controls that exceed our customers expectations.I have worked on a broad range of projects throughout the business with current focus on business readiness for our re-platforming roll-out in UK, Australia and Europe. A collaborative style that leverages; people, policy and processes to make meaningful change.
